- Showed, through a live and interactive demonstration, how collaboration technologies can directly benefit local authorities and assist with mobile & flexible working
- Provided an interactive open forum for Q&A
- Offered attendees a free trial of the PGi Cisco Webex Collaboration product and individual consultation for their organisation from PGi.
The webinar was presented by: - Gavin Kinnaird & Chris Thomas: consultants with PGi for the public sector with have experience in delivering and managing the adoption of collaboration technologies into public sector organisations including NHS & Government.
- Steve McKee: a collaboration consultant with Cisco for Public Sector, an expert speaker on the adopting drivers, varied uses, ease of delivery and high returns on investment through the use of internet collaboration technologies.
- Guest Speaker - Alan Hush: Voice & Video Services Manager @ NHS Lothian who has recently revolutionised working practices through collaboration technologies across the board. (Alan was unfortunately called away before the event started but his presentation was given by Chris Thomas, PGi)
