Title:Gateshead MBC Case Study
Description:The Safer Families Project, run by Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council, provides support services to the victims of domestic violence. As such incidents can happen at any time, often outside office hours, caseworkers are on call at all times. As part of the UK’s e-gov initiative, the Council had first adopted BlackBerry Enterprise Solution to provide remote access to email for over 200 staff and councillors. The Safer Families Project quickly identified the possibilities of the BlackBerry solution to help their caseworkers in their daily operations.

Title:Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Case Study
Description:When the Licensing Act 2003 took effect in 2005 it was the biggest shake-up in pub licensing regulations to hit England in 50 years. One of the most important aspects of the new law was that local councils, rather than magistrates, were made responsible for licensing and controlling premises that sell drink. To make sure it took on its new inspection responsibilities with the right tools, the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead decided to deploy a BlackBerry® solution.
